Poor service.
They messed up on my daughters first birthday cake..the cake was all wrong not what i wanted..they put a 2 instead of 1 for her first birthday..they forgot to put the cookies on her cake since it was cookie monster cake..the lettering was all wrong aswell as the cookie monster photo..they should be more careful when taking orders..First birthdays are only once and you can't get that back
My daughter's Shopkins Cake was beautiful and tasted great! We had her party @Chuck E Cheese and several people asked where I got my cake. I will be using this bakery again!
I can not express how happy I was with my cake! I llloooovvveeeddd it! The owner drove to Gilroy to set it up. He did an awesome job! The cake looked and tasted great!
Customer service " no star ".... there is no customer service, cashier is there just to get money from the next customer in line.
One word..... "PATETIC" worse customer service ever.
The food here is amazing itsbworth the wait. ❤
