They are a bunch of thieves. Horrible policies on returning used books. No complaint forms for feedback process on their horrible service. I am not going to go back since the CSU East Bay site is full of a bunch of thieves.
ello yelp readers, I've been to St.Gabriels books and gifts about 5 times for different reasons. Before going check the days they are open and the time as well, I recommend calling too. This is a family owned business and she is very nice, friendly and knowledgeable lady, she has Local roots in the Hayward community. St. Gabriels has all types of religious books and gifts that are very fairly priced, you will also find high quality items too. Parking is on the street and also the Downtown Bst. Has 2-3 parking garages, plenty of parking in a good location too. Downtown Hayward has changed take a look and shop Local retailers or take in a movie. I found her recommendations very helpful because I was buying first communion items and honestly don't know much about what to give as a gift. Not to worry she handled the shopping experience great.
