got a lot of nerve my first complaint there computer denied my credit card because system problems and there hidden fees they want to add on. BBB please do not have anyone from this company contact me at all they are harassing me because of my first complaint. I will pay this off asap so I don't have any connections with this company.
I ordered my electronics online my contract is for 2 years $65.99. For the first few months I paid $65.99 then out off the blue the bill was $74.99 a $9.00 difference. So I emailed the link on the website then called several times got the run around then I talked to Joseph account manager who basically told me to go F myself that its $9 its not a lot of money and that it's a recycling fee that California charges for recycling electronics. I told him that no where in my contract does it say I have to pay this fee, he told me there's no way he will take it off I have to pay it. I paid because I don't want a late fee or credit problems but I am going to contract the Better Business Bureau and if anyone gets charged for something that they did not agree to they should contact the BBB or better yet just don't use this company.
***Update*** Today 7/19/16 David an employee at this store called very rude asking me when am I going to make my payment I replied I thought my next payment was in August I paid in advance, he replied no it's not how soon can you pay. I hung up on him first off I'm busy at work I work 10 hour days 6 days a week I don't have time to talk to rude mangers that can look at my account and see I have never been late. But this guy called me back aggressive like if I don't pay asap he's going to kick my ass or something. What is wrong this store can you say harassment. A few hours go by I'm still at work and a girl calls I told her I paid online in which did after David called, I thought the conversation was over but then this girl calls back saying there system is down and can I give her my confirmation number. Beautiful place good people good choices lots of orders nice staff good to eat at and numerous orders
At first this place was great with the old management but now this place is getting too crazy calling after 7PM from the work phone and if you don't pick up they will call you restricted. I swear after I finish paying off my stuff NEVER AGAIN will i get stuff from them.
