In my experience this store is a joke. The selection is not great. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The operating hours are definitely not observed - it is supposed to open at 8:30 a.m. however when I visited the store at 9:30 a.m. it was still closed and it was not a single soul inside.

The man at the counter was a complete dick. I paid for a copy of a mailbox key, and the key was too thick. I let him know that, and he began to tell me that he does his job properly, and implied that I was conning him . I had to go to Ace Hardware in order to get a better key, and a better service.

Great very friendly and helpful service. I had my window screens replaced, and they did it at the price quoted and finished on time.
