Any medical records requests do unacknowledged.
It took an entire day just to book an appointment. I had to be the one keep calling back for on update. Fourth call after 5 pm finally the appointment is booked. Not a good start, I hope the service is better in person.

they refuse service if u r enrolled through covered california.
They told me the wrong date for my appointment. Took forever to get sold of anyone. More of a pain then anything to make an appointment. But when you get there they are wonderful

I was happy with my service from my doctor however the front office really dropped the ball and surgery scheduler when it came to handling my insurance. They wasted 2 weeks of my time and continued to avoid my calls when I was trying to get answers.
