Stay away from them. And always question Google's rating system.

I have to agree with Mr.garcia's review in that they may racially profile because I am also part Hispanic and my last name is a portuguese name.

I went to pawn my jewelry and was low balled. I had pawn my jewelry at a different pawn shop and was payed more then what they offered. I end up pawning my jewelry their because the other places was closing and I needed cash but I'll get my jewelry as soon as possible! I will never go back to pawn my jewelry there again!
Don't accept what they offer and shop around and as for my family and me we will not touch them with a ten foot pole.
I work myself in a Pawn Shop and really liked their customer service and help. It's even better because is by my house.
The experience was terrible. Google has their rating at 4.0. I don't know why. They offered the lowest price for my gold. Then I had too jump through all kinds of hoops because they couldn't buy it without"state issued I'd" After I wasted most of my morning with them and had no money, I got smart and went to the pawn shop with only a 2.0 Google rating. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes with 20percent more money than Eden offered.

I've read most of the reviews about this Jewelry & Loan and I most say the bad reviews are a little dramatic. The service here was an excellent experience. They were very professional and kind. I was in and out and satisfied within 15 minutes. Thankful for the quick and easy and also friendly service.
