Lots of small screens means you can see almost any current movie at a convenient time. They also have occasional special showings, like their recent series of Studio Ghibli films. Snack bar is small but well stocked, and there are lots of restaurants (and parking options) nearby. Good for a casual night out.
Movies are expensive today no matter what theater you go in. I will say I like the personal attention from the employees at this theater. It usually seems neat and the people do a good job in the concession area. I would like to see bicycle lockers in shopping mall parking lots so a person doesn't have to look for a space to put their car and yet would not have to worry about their bicycle exposed outside.
I feel like I'm always here! I love going to their matinee movies on the weekdays, $5.75 for any movie before 6 (except 3D). A great price, great seating, and great staff.
Not friendly, dirty theater, staff is not efficient. Old and outdated seats. It felt nasty to sit in theatre.
I visit Century Theater Hayward about once a month depends on what new movie that me and my friend are interested. This place is not as fancy as other theater like AMC, and even more casual, but I like here because of their free public parking with no time limited and inside the theater even the restrooms have great condition.
