Urgently needs a makeover, building looks very outdated plus several stores have closed. The staff in the various stores are very helpful, too bad very people show up.
I tried to exchange the size of a craftsman jacket given to me as a gift, that I knew was bought at Sears. they didn't help me because they said it was over 60 days ago, but clearly the item was theirs and in stock. I am very unhappy with the exchange policy. The manager in the store did not even offer me a credit or any other way to satisfy what I needed.
