wont recommend....kamal is the owner and he is rip off and very rude. My recommendation buy your tickets elsewhere but not them. save your time and money...this guys are not worth a penny

This review is in regards to above reference client IKBAL/MOHAMMED, who recently booked with Path Finder Travel to visit friends and families in New Zealand. It is really unacceptable the way they were treated and blamed for the name spelling error that was made by Travel agent. When this matter was brought the Path Finder Travel attention, they (Mohammed Ikbal) were informed that the Travel Agent is on vacation and the customer service person was really rude in answering the phone. My question here is- How would you feel when you have arranged for your vacation, packed all bags, informed all your families at home and aboard that you are going to visit them in Fiji/New Zealand and when you’re at the Airport, the Airline agent say, “sorry we cannot book your flight due the spelling error in your last name”. And then when you call the Travel Agent, they show up their attitude and promise to call you back in an hour or two but there was no call back when you waited for three hours in the Airport. Great customer service!

To get this matter resolved, Mr. Ikbal was charged another $450.00 to get ticket. I do not understand the reason for these additional charges and there was no documents provided as to how you have arrived with these numbers. With today’s technology, people can buy Airline ticket from online and the only reason they come to Travel Agent is to make sure everything is booked correctly and there are no issues during the trip.
