John was awesome.I called him and told him if he still had the Ford Fiesta he said yes.So I told him if u can get me out in one hour you got a deal. In 50 min he got me out. The good thing I like about him he was not pushy he listen to me what I wanted.I told him what payments I wanted and he said no problem will do my best.He did. I love the car and happy with the payments. Thank you John.
Customer service is excellent. I worked with Johnny. He called me immediately after I sent an email showing my interest in a car I had seen. He immediately gave me info regarding financing and got it approved. I went to get the car in a few days and service in person was professional, caring and friendly. It is the best experience I ever had purchasing a car.

Still, the car was in a good condition so I bought it but it was a surprise that they won't even prep the car right. I had no problems with the sales staff at the Hayward location, but to be fair, I have to be honest and review the whole "package" i.e. total rent2buy experience.
Bought a car here, within the first 3 months I noticed the front fender and bumper were coming loose. Brought it in to have them look at it. The dealer told me I should just glue it down? If I'm spending 15,000 on a car from you guys I don't think I should have to glue my bumper back into place. Anyways I'm gonna try to contact the manager again to see what we can do to resolve the problem. But so far for experience 1 star
I picked up the car at San Ramon as part of their Rent2Buy program. As part of the due diligence, I to a mechanic - Found that the oil filter was lose and we had to put 2.5 quarts of engine oil! Other fuels were also not topped off.
