Great Customer service! Car was just in for a oil change, I didn't have a appointment they took me right in. Aside from not washing the car after spending a good amount on the oil change. It was a great experience.
Went in for the airbag recall. Took 3 hours. You do have to wait a few minutes to get checked in when you first arrive. Service was very friendly, large waiting area and some free food and drink available. If you choose to wait somewhere else they have a free shuttle service and they call when your car is ready. Would recommend.
Preston was fantastic in taking care of my car yesterday. His calm demeanor and know-how certainly answered all my questions and got me through quickly but with a smile! Great service!

I went in on a Saturday to have a tire replaced. Weekends are busy, so I waited about 30 minutes before being acknowledge. After that, the service was good. The price quoted to me on the phone was accurate. Their waiting area in comfortable.
