Customer service is great. Although, the vehicle wasn't clean or presentable. Didn't seem it was vacuumed or wiped down before renting. The lady did offer to clean it some more but I couldn't afford the time.
Very inconsistent customer service. Didn't return my calls and did not pick me up at my scheduled time. Wasn't familiar with business billing and took forever.
Booking the car rental and picking up the car was excellent. Great website. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was that the car was uncomfortable. Good on gas but the seats had no back support. This was an issue since we took a four hour road trip.

Very friendly staff. I was able to get in and out quickly. And returning was the same experience. Since they use a tablet they can email agreements and receipts which cuts down on paperwork time. Which is very convenient! Rates were reasonable and vehicle available worked well with my needs. I will definitely be returning.
