So our upgrade was a really a "downgrade" which we paid an extra $180 on this rental...
However extremely disappointed with Hertz Corp due to their view of car categories. In this instance was offered an "upgrade to a SUV class' vehicle from my full size reservation. The upgrade turned out to be 4 cylinder Jeep 4-door, that could not maintain speed on the I-5 grapevine pass resulting me being passed by Semi Tractor/Trailors with load.
