I made a reservation through Hayward Self Storage and received good customer service. I had a prompt follow through with the manager. 5 minutes before they closed the manager was able to help me and lock my reservation in with short notice. I would recommend self storage to anyone and so far I would give them five stars.
Ladonna, Mitch and China are very friendly, welcoming and professional. I am thankful to them for being so attentive to my needs and for going the extra mile to accommodate me when I quickly needed another unit nearby and also for finding solutions when I needed help. A super service at a well located site!
