I had an emergency move situation and Macy Movers rose to the occasion. My stress was put to ease from the first phone call from STEVIE who organized the move. She could not have been more compassionate and just generally helpful. On move day Elgin and Eldridge appeared on schedule and worked efficiently and professionally. While maintaining their professionalism they made me feel comfortable and no task was too difficult for them. This was a small move but nonetheless they treated me as if I were their prize customer. Having moved six times in last ten years, I believe I have earned the right to spot quality packing and moving service. My move last week, in the hot heat, with steep hill and driveways - was an athletic and artistic achievement by a group of A+ professionals. Led by Elgin, he commanded respect and precision from his team that included Tony, Michael, and 2 others. I could not be more grateful, or impressed, by their attention to detail and strong work ethic. Moving is never fun - but these guys made it tolerable.....and not ONE thing was damaged or dinged. Also want to give a shout out to Chris, our estimator, and Stevie, the office wizard who was able to squeeze me in on a very tight schedule. Thank you to the entire Macy's Movers Team.
